Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not allowed indoors under any circumstances.
- You are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas only — ashtrays are provided.
- Kindly help us keep the property clean and safe by disposing of cigarette butts properly.
🏊♀ Pool & Safety
- The swimming pool is for registered guests only.
- No lifeguard on duty — use the pool at your own risk.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult.
- No glass, alcohol, running, or rough play in or around the pool.
- Pool hours: 08:00 – 20:00 to respect quiet time for all guests.
💥 Damages & Lost Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
- Please notify us immediately of any accidental damage so that we can address it promptly.
- Charges may apply for missing or broken items.
- Rozelee Rest does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 14:00
- Check-out: By 10:00
- Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
🤫 Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 20:00 – 07:00
- Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours, especially in outdoor areas.
🐾 Pets
- We love animals, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed unless arranged and confirmed in advance.
